Colleyville Arrests for November 2014
Note: All Arrestees are considered innocent until convicted in a court of law. Names in Bold were arrested alcohol or drugs related matters.

DAVID JAY DOYLE, 32, white male of 714 Bryson Way in Southlake, TX.  Colleyville PD - DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3rd OR MORE.  Arrested at 4900 Beldon Trail at 9:48 PM on 11/11/14 by Officer Mark Stierwalt.  Doyle listed his occupation as CEO of Elite Construction.  Transported and booked into the Keller Jail at 10:15 PM on 11/11/14.  County Cash Bond of $5,000; released on 11/12/14.

JENNIFER LEE SMITH, 18, white female of 3231 Summerfield Drive in Grapevine, TX.  Colleyville PD - Possession of Marijuana<2 oz, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1<1 Gram.  Arrested at 1400 Hall Johnson road at 1:23 AM on 11/14/14 by Officer Andrew Bray.  Smith listed her occupation as Server at Cafe Medi.  Transported and booked into the Keller Jail at 1:32 AM on 11/14/14.  Pre-Trial Release Bonds totaling $3,500; released on 11/14/14.

CASEY RYAN SMITH, 26, white male of 1459 Applewood Drive in Keller, TX.  Colleyville PD - DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED.  Arrested at 3700 Central Drive at 2:31 AM on 11/22/14 by Officer Joseph Campbell.  Smith listed his occupation as Credit Analyst for Advanced Business Capital.  Transported and booked into the Keller Jail at 2:31 AM on 11/22/14.  County Cash Bond of $1,500; released on 11/22/14.

Colleyville Crime Reported in November 2014
11/12/14 - 11/14/14  Theft of Property Between $1,500<$20,000 at 7100 Waldon Court.  Officer Dustin Eason was advised by Ann Troug Hardy that $2,000 cash and a 12" pearl necklace (n/a) had been stolen.  Detective Chad Bonham is following up the theft.

10/08/14 - 11/18/14  Theft from 3508 Glade Road at Roberts Road at the Covenant Church.  Officer Micah Hayman was advised by Angela Renee Merrill of Weatherford that an iPod in a purple "frogz" case ($150) had been stolen.  Detective Jeremiah Filion is following up.

 10/08/14 - 11/18/14  Another Theft discovered from 3508 Glade Road at Roberts road at the Covenant Church was also reported to Officer Micah Hayman.  The property reported stolen was a white Apple iPod Touch ($150), two iPads ($550), and a 128 GB jump drive ($70).  Detective Jeremiah Filion is also following up this theft report.

Hwy 26 Controversy Continues
Colleyville City Council discusses at a Pre-Council Meeting
Apparently limiting the discussion to one Public Hearing, from all indications, the Colleyville City Council and TXDot are fast approaching the go ahead to put additional medians on Hwy 26 while continuing to limit traffic flow to two lanes with "enhanced" intersections.

A letter from a large group of Colleyville Business owners is included in the article.

TXDot's Brian Barth tells concerned citizens and businesses that he has no answers except if the city doesn't want a median then they get nothing from his TXDot.
